E-Learning Project:
Start Track
Overview:
I led the development of the Start Track, a comprehensive educational program for Amazon Small Business Academy, consisting of 10 modules, with 3-4 lessons in each module. This track is designed to guide aspiring entrepreneurs through the key steps of starting a business, from idea validation to business planning and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design: Worked closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into a structured, easy-to-follow curriculum that focuses on the early stages of starting a business.
Content Development: Created engaging and practical learning materials using adult learning principles. The content includes online modules, webinars, and blended learning approaches to support entrepreneurs at different levels.
Learning Strategy: Focused on making sure the learning content was practical and aligned with the needs of new business owners, with an emphasis on real-world applications.
Project Management: Managed the development process by using project management tools and agile techniques to keep everything on track and ensure the program adapted to changes.
Learning Tools: Developed hands-on exercises, job aids, and assessments to enhance learning, along with multimedia and social learning strategies to make the content more engaging.
Process Improvement: Continuously refined and improved the content to ensure it stays relevant and impactful for entrepreneurs in the future.
Outcomes:
The Start Track equips new business owners with essential knowledge and skills, helping them confidently navigate the startup process and set their ventures up for success.
Goal: Ensure that at least 1000 participants have successfully enrolled in the course within 6 months of launch.
Result: 3000+ course enrollments within 6 months.
